Creating space in Havertown

A leak from the second floor bathroom destroyed the ceiling on the main level in an underutilized space. After demolition we found additional square footage that was wasted by the builder in the 50s to create a much larger and more comfortable powder room than initially expected! Thanking the Antonacci family for their hospitality!

Modern Bathroom in Ambler

Tile was the theme at this job and it turned out looking wonderful. We got clever and removed the left side of the “walk-through” closet from the bathroom and combined it with another closet that was underused from the adjacent hallway. Then we engulfed the right side of the closet to accommodate the double vanity.

Devon First Floor Renovation

The finish photos are in! The beautiful 4000 sf house in Devon, PA wanted to tear down some walls in the kitchen to completely open up the house and have their kitchen fully updated. Big thanks to the Dalton family for their hospitality during the project and I wish them the best of luck in their newly updated home!

Ambler Addition, Garage and Renovation

We added a 650 sf addition to this 1950s rancher to spruce this house up with a garage, mudroom area, and ancillary kitchenette then we renovated the entire house to open it up and add new unique millwork in the bedrooms.

Swarthmore Cottage Conversion to Recording Studio

We converted an old dilapidated stand-alone cottage garage into a 400 sf sound proof recording studio for a famous musician living in the Philadelphia area.

After cleaning it out we spray foamed the wall and ceiling area before building a second layer of specially coupled walls to maximize sound proofing. See some photos of this fun project below.
